Welcome to Restful Waters!

Are you a pastor who is serving in Christian ministry? Then let us tell you about a quiet place in NE Oklahoma, 

with a 750 square foot lakeside cabin, 

where you can find some much needed 

peace and rest. 

About Restful Waters

Our Vision

"After serving as a pastor and spouse for more than 20 years, we understand the enormous pressures that ministry places on the pastor and his or her family. Sometimes a pastor just needs a place to be spiritually restored, refueled and refreshed. In 2019, we acquired some beautiful lakefront property. We spent the next few years cleaning up the property, and with the help of some wonderful friends, we built a small cabin overlooking the lake.  If you are a pastor, we invite you and your family to come and stay in our cabin and spend some restful time with our Lord.”

The Pastor's Cabin

The pastor's cabin is a 750 square foot air-conditioned cabin with an upstairs bedroom, a downstairs bedroom, a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 6 people. The cabin was finished in August of 2022 and opened for pastors in Oct. of 2022. A second bedroom and wrap around deck was added in March of 2025. 

Come sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful views of the quiet outdoors and lake!

There are many activities that you can enjoy while you stay at Restful Waters (i.e. kayaks, fishing, hiking, etc.) But if you want to venture out, you're going to find many areas of interest that are near us.
